Refund policy

Refund/Return Policy:

  1. All payments made for optometry services are non-refundable.

  2. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued.

  3. Refunds will not be provided for any eyewear, contact lenses, or other products purchased at our office.

Prescription Eyewear and Contact Lenses:

Eyewear and contact lenses are custom-made to fit your prescription. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been placed.

Defective Products:

In the rare case that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for contact lens and 30 days for glasses. We will assess the issue and, if deemed defective, will be happy to provide a replacement or repair.
